- Account Representative - Central Billing Office: This team member is responsible for resolving all outstanding third party primary and secondary insurance claims for professional services. This position performs collections activities on simple and complex denials and on outstanding insurance balances in the professional fee environment. This role is also responsible for providing information regarding denial trends for future prevention.
- Administrative Clerk: This team member is responsible for performing general office work and delivering exceptional customer service assistance which entails addressing patient inquiries and providing an overall welcoming environment. This position's responsibilities will include producing, filing and distributing reports to designated areas.
- Call Center Agent: This team member is responsible for assisting internal and external customers of the assigned department with service requests of a routine and emergent nature. Duties include managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, identifying callers' needs and providing solutions while maintaining proper documentation.
